Laboratories may report a result as a measured value or use a qualifier when an element is not detected or cannot be quantified at the laboratory’s reporting threshold.

Why we preserve the notation
Rumii does not convert ND, <LOD, <LOQ, or a “less than” result to zero. We display the laboratory’s notation so parents can review the result as it was reported.
When available, use the original laboratory report for the test method, reporting limits, units, and any laboratory notes associated with the sample.
